Ahhh… The Annual Day of Love!

Special occasions like Valentine’s Day inspire creativity in design, don’t you agree?

Here’s a little wee love story for you.

In the second grade I had the most adorable crush on Chris, a boy in my class. Sadly, I was way too shy to even talk to him. I discovered though that Valentine’s Day was the perfect time to get any type of clue that he liked me too. You can imagine then that when, on that special day, Chris placed a small, perforated card with hearts on it that said “Be Mine” in my white paper bag,  I was overjoyed!! Maybe — just maybe — that meant he liked me too. Sigh!

Needless to say, this story is proof positive that I started overthinking and analyzing things at a very young age… HaHa!
